meCove — Pricing for additional seats

These terms apply when you buy seats in addition to your free seat. They supplement the meCove Terms of Use, Part B (Professionals), and are read together with the Terms; Part A §18 (governing law and disputes), §19 (contact and grievances) and §20 apply to them. If they conflict with the Terms on pricing or payment, these terms apply. Your free seat is not affected by anything here.
1. Price
Each additional seat costs ₹249 per month. LETS ATTUNE PRIVATE LIMITED is not registered under GST, so no GST is charged. We issue an invoice for every payment.
2. Paying
- You pay for 1 month or 3 months in advance, as you choose, for each seat.
- Before your first payment, tell us the name and billing address to put on the invoice, your State, and your GSTIN if you have one.
- You pay by bank transfer to LETS ATTUNE PRIVATE LIMITED. We send you the bank details with the link to this page. Please put your registered phone number in the transfer reference.
- Once we see the payment, we add the seat to your account with its paid-until date, and send you the invoice within 7 days. The seat appears on your Seats & Access screen.
- meCove does not take payment inside the app.
3. Renewing
- About 7 days before a seat's paid-until date, we remind you by WhatsApp or email.
- To keep the seat, pay for the next 1 or 3 months before that date.
4. If a payment is late
- You have 7 days of grace after the paid-until date. The seat keeps working during that time.
- We send you one message on the day the grace period starts.
- If no payment has reached us by the end of the grace period, we end the seat. The person on it moves to meCove's free tier: they keep their account and everything they have written, but features that need a seat, such as Session Bridges, stop until a seat is assigned again.
- The seat rules in Part B §6.2 (holding and releasing a seat) apply to bought seats as they do to your free seat.
5. Refunds
- If a seat does not work as described here or in the Terms, write to hello@mecove.com. We put it right or refund the affected period.
- A month that has already started is not refunded.
- If you paid for 3 months, whole months that have not started yet are refunded in full on request. Write to hello@mecove.com; we refund to the account the payment came from.
- A seat you stop using can be given to another Client instead, under Part B §6.2.
6. Changes to the price
We may change the price with at least 30 days' notice by WhatsApp or email to the contact on your account, by publishing a new dated version of this page. A period you have already paid for keeps the price you paid. Paying for a period after the notice date is acceptance of the new version.
7. Accepting these terms
Before your first additional seat, we send you a link to this page. Reply from the phone number or email address on your meCove account with the words: "I accept the meCove seat pricing terms, Version 1 (mecove.com/pricing-2026-11-03.html)." Your reply must be unconditional. We confirm it by reply, and keep both messages with the date and version.
